Fredrick Mensah, a teacher from Ghana, has developed a kind approach to greet each pupil as they enter his class each day. The tension-relieving practice of “class entrance greeter” was introduced by Mensah, a teacher at the Mankessim M/A “A” School in the Central Region, to his unique method of welcoming his students to class.
Before entering his lesson, he and the pupils form an endearing bond in a video that has received seven million views so far.

Before starting class, Mensah is seen engaging in a variety of interactions with his students, including dancing, shaking hands, shaking fists, and leg bumping.
Mensah, who started teaching at the Mankessim M/A “A” School in 2016, told YEN.com.gh that ”teaching is my passion”
“I have a passion for teaching even though I’m not a professional teacher. When my contract came to an end, the teachers in the school had a meeting with me and declared that they want me to stay and they will give me a token every month.”
