A fast-growing Micro Finance institution in Accra invites applications from qualified applicants for the position of sales manager
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field; an MBA or MSc in Marketing is preferred. Professional marketing certification will be an added advantage.
- Eight (8) years of marketing & sales experience in banking, with at least five (5) years of which should be at a management level.
- Strong Knowledge of Digital Marketing, and Product Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve a set targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals and enhance performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet collection rate targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and collection performance for senior management.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance skills and improve performance.
