Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance capabilities, expand services, and align goals with the healthcare organization.
Operational Management:
Oversee all laboratory operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with quality assurance and regulatory protocols.
Human Resource
Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Financial Management:
Manage the budget, identify growth opportunities, and monitor financial performance metrics to inform decision- making.
Location: – Accra Ghana
7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, particularly in laboratory operations and administration.
Strong understanding of laboratory testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and regulatory requirements in the Ghanaian healthcare context.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive organizational change.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial management, and technology integration to support operational excellence and decision-making.
