About Civil Service
The Ghana Civil Service recruits individuals to aid the government in policy formulation and implementation, as mandated by the PNDC Law 32. Key functions of the Civil Service include:
- Initiating and formulating policies for government consideration.
- Conducting research to support policy implementation.
- Implementing, reviewing, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating government policies. Performing additional functions as directed by the Executive branch.
- Overseeing all Civil Servants and ensuring service efficiency.
- Determining and advising on manpower limits for the service.

- Visit the Civil Service Recruitment Portal: ohcsghana.com
- Click on the “New Applicant” button to create an account.
- For existing applicants, click on the “Existing Applicant” button.
- Log in with your email and password.
- Fill out the application form and submit it.
You can also visit the Ghana Civil Service official website www.ohcs.gov.gh, navigate to the ‘Applications’ tab, and click on the ‘Recruitment’ link to access the application form
