Job Position: Training, TAC & Warranty Engineer
The management and evaluation of client warranty returns fall under the purview of the warranty engineer. The Warranty Engineer pledges to serve as both the “voice of the customer” and the “quality expert.” and will work with the manufacturing businesses to promote and support ongoing improvements to the Quality System and the design, production, and assembly processes.
The position will be in charge of examining and evaluating client warranties to determine the cause or mode of failure. In order to improve product quality, communicate with the manufacturing firm about warranty issues and trends. Process warranty claims for payment. Be in charge of putting manufacturing company policies and procedures into effect at his or her site.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a team’s technical point of contact and escalation, resolving complicated and unexpected problems and offering counsel and direction on protocol and procedure to assist others in carrying out their responsibilities.
- Acquire a working knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and ethical codes that are pertinent to your own job.
- Follow all necessary steps to guarantee that your own work is completed to the necessary standards.
- To create typical reports, extract and merge data.
- Set your own workflow priorities and make sure that every work is finished on schedule, with high quality, and in compliance with all requirements.
- You can also use performance management systems to help yourself perform better.
- Utilizing established financial systems and standards, track and evaluate data
Give detailed product/service details.
- Keep track of and handle any bespoke or unique orders that could need extra help from those teams to deliver, and communicate with them as needed.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience:
He or she ought to have worked at a car dealership for a respectable amount of time.
