The Premier League has been won by Manchester City, with Liverpool coming in second.
After an incredible season, the top-flight title chase came down to the final day.
With just one point separating the two sides going into Sunday’s games, the Premier League title battle came down to the final game of the season.
However, Pep Guardiola’s team crossed the finish line first, depriving Jurgen Klopp’s Reds of a historic quadruple.
Man City take the difficult route.
On the last day of the season, Manchester City appeared to be in trouble as they trailed 2-0 against Aston Villa at home with 15 minutes left to play after goals from Matty Cash and Philippe Coutinho.
However, the Citizens won the Premier League for the fourth time in five seasons thanks to three goals in five minutes, two of which came from Ilkay Gundogan.
Despite winning the League Cup and FA Cup and preparing for the Champions League Final the following week, Liverpool were unable to win four trophies this year despite overcoming Wolves 3-1.
